Molding report 2024
I write this foreword with great pleasure as we reflect on the work we have done this year in advancing our mission to mold young boys. In an effort to reclaim the dignity of men, the foundation has worked tirelessly with different stakeholders in molding young boys. This has been achieved through constructive engagements with the boys, educational support and taking the boys away from the streets using our football team, Ntsiks Football Stars.
We have partnered with some organizations to provide educational support to the boys, in particular mathematics, where we have since observed a positive progress from the boys. Over and above we have searched and assisted boys to apply for scholarships.
The partnership we continue to have with our local taxi Association and school transporters is been amazing. These organizations have been transporting our boys to and from the grounds uninterrupted this year, and this encourages us to continue to affiliate with the association knowing we won’t have transport issues. The affiliation with Brakpan Central Local football Association acts as a vehicle to take the boys away from the streets and compete on different competitions within the association and outside the association, to showcase their strength, talent and abilities. Our educational excursion continues to be one highlight, something our boys look forward to every year. This year we visited James Hall Museum of Transport.
The organization has achieved so much this year. We are the most successful football team at BCLFA this year, having won the most trophies from three competitions. Our boys continue to shine as two of our boys were selected at LFA level to participate at OR Tambo Soncini inter LFA’s selections and one was further selected to participate at Ekurhuleni regional level.
We continue to work with parents in ensuring that boys don’t forget their books. We haven’t seen any unsatisfactory school outcomes from the boys. Not only is the organization growing, but we are also witnessing the boy’s tremendous development, maturity and discipline. Much of what we have done is fully covered in this report.
As we forge ahead with our vision & mission, the ever dedicated committee remains committed in supporting the organization’s mission to reclaim the dignity of men.

Molding report 2025
t gives me great pride to reflect on the progress that Ntsiks Foundation has made over the past four years. Our commitment to empowering young boys through education, sport, and constructive engagement continues to yield positive results. Through educational tours and academic support, particularly in mathematics, physical science, and technology, we are equipping our boys with the skills they need to thrive academically and beyond. Finding and sharing scholarships with boys is an attempt to make sure that our boys get an opportunity to apply for and receive a better education, especially those who qualify and have no means, an opportunity that some of our boys are unaware even exists. Our boys can potentially qualify for these scholarship opportunities because of the standards we have set for the DASE Competition that pushes them to their limits. Our boys are becoming more interested in the DASE Competition. Boys work hard in their books, and many of them submit their reports for entry and we see distinctions, something we all want to see. This allows us to precisely gauge progress and offer the right kind of support when it's needed.
Our sport program, which we run through Ntsiks Football Stars, have not only grown in strength but also instilled discipline, teamwork, and resilience values that protect our boys from negative influences such as substance abuse. We are encouraged by the steady improvement of our football team, which reflects the dedication of our coaches and the determination of the boys themselves. The football club performance has improved from 48.4% in 2024 to 52.4% in 2025 and continue to improve when compared to the previous years. We are thrilled to have had an opportunity to collaborate with Build-it to host the annual Rondebult Build-it U13 festival, an event we hope to continue hosting.
At the same time, we recognize that discipline and respect remain key pillars of our mission. Our parents remain active partners in all our programs to ensure they yield positive result such that they report both positive and concerning changes in the children’s behavior, as this enables us to respond effectively. We continue to receive compliments from the sport association and other stakeholders in relation to how our boys conduct themselves.
As a Chairperson, I am deeply grateful to everyone from the EXCO, coaches, parents, boys, supporters, donors and the community who continue to walk this journey with us. Together, we are building not only stronger boys but also a stronger community. The achievements of the past four years give us confidence to continue expanding our programmes and sustaining our impact in the years to come.
